  2. 01features for each menu item.

  4. 01The WINCOIN help file has more detailed help for every screen and
  5. 01function.  Use the F1 key from any panel or highlited menu item to
  6. 01retrieve detailed help.  Use the SEARCH button on the help screen to
  7. 01search for specific topics.  Open help from the Menu bar to retrieve
  8. 01the help initial starting screen.  PRINT is available to print help
  9. 01topics.

  12. 01question section.

  17. 02The inventory menu item is the main panel for the program.  Inventory
  18. 02is displayed by year and grade.  Click on year and grade to add or
  19. 02update.
  20. 02    View and maintain inventory, on orders, and wants.
  21. 02    Print inventory report/listings for individual category types.
  22. 02    Access grading, history, type notes and general notes for category type.

  25. 02    Multiple inventory records for coins and grades.
  26. 02    Text notes available for each inventory record.
  27. 02    FAST ADD feature for loading inventory.

  31. 03Inventory Report shows all coins in a category type. Many options
  32. 03    are available to customize this report, including a multi-column
  33. 03    option to condense report.
  34. 03Inventory Listing lists all inventory and its associated fields.
  35. 03    This report also has many options available for customization.
  36. 03Want Report is intended to provide a hard copy of all data you
  37. 03    need for the coins you want to take with you to purchase coins.
  38. 03    Three versions are available, including auto-want and all have
  39. 03    customization options available.
  40. 03Price Report shows all prices entered into the system.

  42. 03On-line reports show on-orders, wants, buys, and other inventory.
  43. 03An inventory valuation report is also available on-line.

  45. 03Report writer allows for customization of reports with any fields.

  50. 04Prices can be entered into the system for each coin and grade.

  55. 04coin and with inventory reports.

  59. 05This panel accesses the maintenance panel for general notes.

  61. 05Notes are kept by a note index which is a description of your choice.

  107. 09closed.  There is also a backup option located here to backup

  115. 10There are no upgrade fees for Wincoin.  Once registered, you get
  116. 10a registration code which is good for all future versions of
  117. 10Wincoin.

  119. 10I hope you find this system to be of value in maintaining and
  120. 10completing your coin collection.  The main idea is to be able to
  121. 10have a system which provides a checklist which does not have to
  122. 10be purchased each year and re-entered each year.  Ability to
  123. 10customize to suit your needs was a key design point.  Also you
  124. 10can provide as much or as little data about your coins as you
  125. 10like (only quantity and grade are required).
